Attention Exhibitors:

New ASAW Membership Requirement for 2011!

The ASAW Board recently passed an ASAW membership requirement for the 2011 ASAW Summerfun Horse Show.  Beginning this year, all exhibitors, excluding academy exhibitors, are now required to be a member of the ASAW.

The ASAW Summerfun Show is an important component of our mission to promote and support the breed we all love and enjoy and the Board believes our exhibitors should participate in the show as members of the ASAW ~ the shows primary sponsor.

While we are not requiring academy participants to join, we hope everyone will consider joining the ASAW and help us to continue to support The American Saddlebred.

We wanted to let you know about this change now so you can begin accumulating points for our various ASAW awards which are present at our ASAW Banquet.

ASAW Summerfun Horse Show ~  Looking for Class Sponsors

The ASAW Summerfun Show Manager and ASAW President, Vicky Holston, reports that we are still in need of Class Sponsors for this signature ASAW show.  The show begins this Wednesday, July 20^th and ends Saturday, July 23^rd and takes place at the State Fair Park in West Allis, WI.

This is an important Wisconsin show but like most shows, it needs patron financial support. 

This show includes both UPHA and Grand National Classes and ultimately helps to financially support the ASAW Scholarship Fund.  In addition, the show continues to be included in show points for the following member groups:

·        US Equestrian Federation

·        American Saddlebred Association of Wisconsin

·        Mid-America Horse Association

·        Illinois Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association

·        American Saddlebred Horse Association

·        Tri-State Horseman’s Association, Inc.

·        United Professional Horseman’s Association

Please consider sponsoring a class today – it is important!  Class sponsorships are $150 each and may be paid at the show or billed.  Sponsors will be announced at the show prior to the class.
